Junior High Annual Schlitterbahn Trip

As we approach the end of the year we are looking at having our Annual Schlitterbahn trip with the seventh and eighth grade band students. This trip will take place on Monday, May 23rd. Buses will depart at 7:15am (students arrive by 7am), and return by around 9pm that night. A more detailed itinerary will be sent home prior to the trip. Students’ eligibility for this trip is based on eligibility following the 5th Six Weeks for Concert Band members and participation in Contest for Symphonic Winds members.

The cost of the trip will be $70 per student. That cost will cover the price of school bus transportation, park admission, and dinner before we come home. A non-refundable trip deposit of $30 will be due Friday, April 20th. The remaining $40 will be due by no later than Wednesday, May 8th. Deposits may be paid by check, money order, or cashiers check to OEISD. No cash will be accepted!

I am looking for eight sponsors as well to attend the trip with us. The fee is the same as the students, $70, and you must complete the background check through the district to attend.
