Odem Bands Schedule Week of 11/23/2015
Good evening,
I hope this finds everyone well and beginning to enjoy this Thanksgiving Break! There is only one main event this week for the Odem Bands, and that is the Playoff Game vs. Boling on Friday night. The game is schedule for a 7:30pm kickoff at Seguin High School. We will be having a sendoff for the team in the early afternoon and then taking off ourselves about an hour later. We are going to feed the band in Seguin at a Bill Millers there with a Chicken Strip Combo for each student.
Please remember that all playoff games are mandatory graded performances. If you know of a conflict please contact me no later than Tuesday of this week.
One other reminder, we still have several members of the trip to NYC who have fallen behind on the payment schedule. If you are one of those families we need for you to work to catch up on payments as much as possible by the first of December. We have a payment on about December 8th for our airfare deposit of $100/person and it’s imperative that we are able to make that payment. Each student should be paying a payment this December per the payment schedule. All students trips must be caught up to $1,500 by January with the full amount paid off by no later than April 6th.
Thanks for your help and support with the trip. A lot of the pieces have fallen into place as we approach the mark of us being less than 7 months away! We do also have one trip spot of a person who would like to be bought out of the trip. Please contact me if you are interested.

2:00pm Load equipment
2:30pm Load Buses
5:00pm Dinner in Seguin
7:30pm Game Begins
~1:00am Return to Band Hall
