Carnegie Hall Final Week Schedule
Please find the schedule for our final week of preparation for our Carnegie Hall performance. All rehearsals/sectionals/concert are mandatory! Please ensure your students are present as it is imperative for our band to be successful with our performance!!! I am also attaching our final revision of our itinerary as well. Carnegie Hall Trip:
Final Week Schedule
9am-11:30am: Sectionals for all instruments except percussion
1pm-4pm: Full Band Rehearsal
9am-11:30am: Sectionals for all instruments
1pm-4pm: Full Band Rehearsal (Mr. Molina in to Clinic)
4:45am-9:00am: KiiiTV Morning Show and Full Band Rehearsal (FINAL REHEARSAL –
At the end of rehearsal we will load up the trailer with everything we need for the concert. Doughnuts and coffee will be provided!
6:15pm: Call time for all students at Sinton HS Auditorium. (6pm for Percussion please!)
7:00pm: Send-Off Concert Begins
Following the concert everyone needs to help clear the stage and reload the instruments to return to Odem.
6:30pm: Send-Off Dinner hosted at Odem Church of Christ
(Burgers, Hotdogs, etc. You’re welcome to bring desserts!)
7:30pm: Check-In Begins at Odem HS Cafetorium. All Students must be
checked in by 8:15pm. As soon as students are checked in they will go to
the Band Hall for the Lock-In.
9:00pm: Drug Dog Searches Bags
9:30pm: Trailer is loaded
1:40am: Load Buses
2:00am: Depart for San Antonio International Airport
