Odem Bands – Schedule Week of 6/5/2023
I hope this message finds you well! The bands are in a little bit of a summer lull these next two weeks, but we do plan on having HS Band Rehearsals Monday-Thursday this week from 1 pm-3 pm. We ask that any students who are in town please be at these rehearsals. We’ll focus on the marching show music and some new stand songs throughout the days as we prepare for our July camp dates.
For Color Guard and Drum Majors, we will be departing for camp on Sunday, June 18th at 5 am from the HS. Please make sure we have the completed set of forms by then! We had a few packets that only had 3 pages, there are a few more forms that weren’t included in them. Please check with me to ensure we have completed the complete packet of forms. I am still awaiting the final schedule for the camps, but I do know they’ll have a closing performance/ceremony on the evening of the 21st open to any who wish to come to see it. We will stay overnight and depart on the 22nd in the morning.
Finally, we do have a booster meeting Tuesday night at 7 pm that will be held in the HS Cafetorium. We hope everyone has a great summer!
