Odem Bands – Schedule Week of 8/11/2019

This week is going to be a packed week as we close in on the start of the school year. Tuesday night at 7pm the Owl Band Boosters will be having their monthly meeting. This is one of the most important meetings of the year to get ready for the Concession Stand startup – we would ask that you please try and attend if you are at all able! This meeting will be held in the HS Cafetorium. At around 8:15pm we are going to wrap up our rehearsal a bit early that night to be able to present information about the trip to California this coming June. That will also take place in the Cafetorium and I encourage all parents to try and attend that meeting to at least get the information about the trip.

This week due to teacher training days starting we will be adjusting our schedule. We understand that sports may have some simultaneous practices going on in the early afternoon hours. Students should go to those sports practices and then join us when they are done. It is imperative that the students come join us as soon as they are able to though, as we will be pushing hard to move forward with learning our marching drill this week.

Fall Marching Band Fees:

Fall Marching Band Fee 1 should have been turned in last week. That amount is $45 for all students in the Spirit of OHS Marching Band.

Freshmen/students who need shoes have a second fee of $40 which will be due by August 24th. (Freshman/students who need shoes may pay the full $85 at once if they wish)

Color Guard Members should also have paid their second fee of $200 last week. They will need to pay an additional $40 if they wish to have the guard bags.
