Odem Bands Schedule: Week of 8/8/2016

This week sees us continuing to be in full swing with marching summer camp! Last week we finished putting our opener on the field, and hope to have the second song and part of the third on this week. We will be maintaining the same schedule as last week until Thursday when we will switch to a 6:30pm-9:30pm schedule when Athletics needs to switch to afternoons due to teacher inservice.

On Friday one of Mrs. Williams sisters was tragically killed in a car accident. The Williams family traveled up to Ohio immediately to be with their loved ones. Please keep their family in your thoughts and prayers as I know all of our hearts go out to them.

Due to this we will be rescheduling our pictures from this week to a TBD date/time.

Please remember that the first fee for band was due this past Thursday of $35 for that helps pay for band shirts/gloves/flip folder. If that has not been turned in please get that in as soon as possible. Colorguard final fees are due this Wednesday and are $145.

Additional I have attached a form to this e-mail for any parent or anyone else that would like to purchase an extra shirt for themselves. I will get student sizes tomorrow for these. We need money/orders turned in by Wednesday as I will be placing the order Thursday afternoon.

This Weeks Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday: 4pm-6pm Inside, 6:30pm-8:30pm Outside

Thursday: 6:30pm-9:30pm
