Odem Thanksgiving Playoff Game Schedule and All-Region Audition Information
I hope this message finds you well as we have begun our Thanksgiving Break! Friday the Odem Owls will be playing the Boling Bulldogs at Calhoun High Schools Sandcrab Stadium in Port Lavaca at 7pm. Our schedule for The Spirit of OHS will be:
1:00pm – Report to Odem Band Hall
1:30pm – Sendoff by New HS Gym
2:00pm – Football Team departs
2:15pm-3:15pm – Rehearse Show
3:00pm – Load Equipment
4:00pm – Depart
5:00pm – Dinner TBD
6:00pm – Arrive at Stadium
7:00pm – Game Begins
~11:00pm – Return to Odem
Please remember that this is a required and graded performance for all Spirit of OHS members. We need everyone to attend!
Also just an early reminder we will be having All-Region Auditions the Saturday we return from break on December 3rd. Participating JH and HS band students will need to be at the Band Hall at 6:45am. All students will be checked in upon arrival to West Oso, so it’s imperative we leave on time. We anticipate Junior High band students should be able to return back to Odem about 2-3pm. Students will need money for lunch that day. We could use a couple of parent volunteers to help out that day. Please let me know if you are able!
