Schedule – Week of 7/31/2017
Good evening,
My apologies for not sending this out earlier today. We had an outstanding start to our season last week! In particular I would like to thank all of the parents and community members who helped make our March-A-Thon a success! Attitudes were amazing last week for the students and that carried through that event! We hope to continue to have a great start this week. Tomorrow, Monday, we are running the same schedule we ran last week. Tuesday when Volleyball begins their two-a-days we will shift our schedule slightly. Please see below for more specifics:
Monday:
9am-1pm: Front Ensemble Rehearsal
9am-12pm: Guard Sectional
9am-11:00am: Woodwinds Sectional and High Brass (Trumpets/Mellos)
11:30am-1pm: Low Brass Sectional and Battery Percussion Sectional
2:00pm: Leadership Meeting
3:00pm-5:30pm: Inside Music Rehearsal
5:30pm-6:30pm: Dinner Break
6:30pm-8:30pm: Outside Marching Fundamentals
Tuesday-Thursday:
1pm-4pm: Inside Music Rehearsal
5:30pm-8:30pm: Outside Marching (Setting Drill)
Please remind students to bring water jugs/bottles with them to our rehearsals. Staying hydrated is imperative as the temperatures outside are high at the beginning of our rehearsals.
Thanks for your help and support, we look forward to setting drill beginning Tuesday of this week! Please mark your calendars with August 23rd – Meet the Band Night – at Owl Stadium. We would like to have everyone there to join us at 8pm as we will show parents what their students have worked hard at that point to present!
