Before I begin this week’s information I would like to congratulate the members of the 2018 Odem HS Wind Ensemble for placing 5th at State in the ATSSB Outstanding Performance Series Competition! Their recording of English Folk Song Suite, mvmt. 1, competed against the best bands in the State in Class 3A and did exceptionally well! Congratulations also go out

Last week the OHS Color Guard and OHS Percussion had great camps to begin our preparation for the new season! Both camps were well attended and we appreciate the students hard work! This week we start preparations in full for our 2018 Marching Band Season Wednesday, when we will have our Percussion (Battery and Front Ensemble) and Color Guard camps.
