It always amazes me how quickly the first semester flies by! This week we will have our annual Odem Bands Winter concert on Thursday. We look forward to this also being our very first concert on our new stage! As with any first time of having an event we will have a few new procedures to make the concert successful.

Good afternoon,   As of right now the All-Region Clinic/Concert is scheduled to still proceed!   High School Students need to be at the Odem HS Band Hall by 1pm. We will depart soon after there for Kingsville. (HS students will eat in Kingsville as planned)   Junior High Students need to be at the JH Band Hall by 3pm.

Congratulations to the 41 members of the Odem Bands for successfully competing for All-Region Chairs yesterday! 26 Members of the Odem JH Band made the bands, with 9 of those members earning spots in the top Wind Ensemble. 15 Members of the Odem HS Band earned spots, and 9 of those are advancing to the Area-Auditions for the final round

This week is an exciting and packed week for the Odem Bands as The Spirit of OHS travels Tuesday to the Alamodome in San Antonio for their performance at the UIL State Marching Band Contest!
